'tis the season for goals

1. RUN & like it.
2. Find happiness
3. Get into yoga
4. Become more herbal/organic
5. Cleanse 
6. Gain confidence 
7. Trust others
8. Stay motivated
9. Stretch
10. Live & enjoy life 

Intake: 
Breakfast- none
Lunch- large latte (200 calories)
Dinner- chicken sandwhich (i know bad bad) 600
snack- had a cookie :( 200
